With certifications in Airline Cabin Crew from both the Aviation College and the Kenya Airways Pride Centre, she brings a unique blend of expertise to her role. Bessie boasts an impressive 8-year tenure in customer service, consistently ensuring that every interaction is both memorable and meaningful. Her genuine passion for service is evident in her attentive and patient demeanor, always offering top-notch assistance and a listening ear.
